 Definition : -

 Friends, when a person uses someone else's cash or property to meet any of his needs and he has to return the same cash or property in some additional form after some time, for that person that cash or property is debts.  is called



 And at the time period the person is indebted to the person whose cash or property he used.


 Debts, when a financial company or person who gives cash or property in the form of debt to another person, then that other person becomes assets or property for that financial company or person.

What is Secured debt? 


 The financial company, while granting a loan to a person, gives a lawn to that person after verifying that the person has sufficient income and assets and makes sure that if the person refuses to give the lawn, the company will forfeit his property and the lawn amount.  covers up

 For example: - Obtaining loan against house, car, land and investment etc. In case of default, the company acquires the property of the person and gets the loan amount.

What is Unsecured Debt?

 A loan taken from a financial company to buy a fixed asset or immovable property is called a mortgage loan.
